Max’s supervisors say he’s a hard worker, a fast learner, and a joy to be around. From mopping and wiping down handrails to collecting trash and sanitizing rooms, Max takes pride in doing his job well and spreading positivity.
“He picked up his tasks right away,” said his trainer, Cindy. “He’s been awesome since day one!”
Now, Max has his sights set on a full-time role and greater independence. His supervisor, Sandy believes with more learning and growth, he will be able to reach that goal!
Max is grateful for the support he’s received from AHEDD and encourages others to take advantage of it. “AHEDD has been really helpful to make sure that the people they help get the jobs they want and have great success while they do the job”
